Our experience with Upstate Premier Tutors was exceptional. We enrolled our son in their 8-week SAT Prep program with tutor Alek Kocevski. Alek took time to assess our son’s needs through an initial phone call and an in-person meeting, ensuring we understood the SAT preparation process thoroughly. From the initial assessment to the test day, Alek provided expert instruction. He built a strong rapport with our son, creating an environment where he felt comfortable asking questions. Additionally, Alex provided invaluable instruction on how to manage test day – from stress management to pacing strategies. Our son participated in two mock SAT exams where he was able to simulate the test experience and apply his test taking skills. Our son’s official SAT score improved from 1200 to 1360 (+160 points), and his confidence grew tremendously. Alek went above and beyond, offering guidance even outside scheduled sessions.
